Two in-person Prenatal Visits where we’ll take the time to get comfortable with each other, create a solid birth plan, and review your birth knowledge. I’ll also offer suggestions to help you deepen your understanding as you prepare for your birth.​​

Guidance and encouragement throughout your pregnancy via phone-call, text or email. 

On-call support for your labor and birth. I'll arrive once your active labor starts and use techniques like counterpressure, massage, and verbal affirmations to keep you comfortable. I’ll also advocate and help with communication, ensuring you feel heard and supported.

​One 3-hour Postpartum Visit where we'll discuss your recovery and I'll help with various household tasks. These household tasks include but are not limited to: meal-prep, bottle/pump washing, organization, laundry, grocery pick-up, etc.
